Changing your PostLink username

You can change your PostLink username at any time.

How to change: 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings 2. Find the "Username" field 3. Enter your new username 4. Click "Save"

What happens: - Your PostLink URL changes to postlink.to/newusername - The old URL (postlink.to/oldusername) will stop working - All your linked posts, articles, and analytics are preserved - Your Instagram connection is not affected

Important: - After changing, update your Instagram and TikTok bio with the new URL - Existing followers who saved your old link will get a "not found" page - Username changes take effect immediately - Usernames must be unique — if someone else has the name, you'll need to choose another

Tips: - Match your PostLink username to your Instagram/TikTok handle - Avoid changing your username frequently — it breaks existing links - If you're rebranding, change all your handles at the same time
