Welcome to PostLink. By accessing or using our service at postlink.to, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use PostLink.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PostLink, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using PostLink on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account Registration

You can create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Service Description

PostLink provides a link-in-bio platform that includes smart bio-link routing, post syncing from connected social accounts, automated replies to comments and DMs, and analytics. Features may vary by subscription plan and may change over time.

4. Connected Social Accounts

PostLink allows you to connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts. By connecting an account, you grant PostLink permission to access your public profile information, media, comments, and messaging as permitted by the respective platform's API. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your account settings, which will revoke PostLink's access.

5. Subscription & Billing

PostLink offers paid subscription plans billed through Stripe. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or import into PostLink. By using the service, you grant PostLink a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your content or data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostLink for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party rights, to send spam or unsolicited messages through auto-reply features, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to PostLink's systems, or to interfere with other users' access to the service.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions will be cancelled upon account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

PostLink is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of PostLink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
