Cancellation and refund policy

How to cancel and what happens to your data.

You can cancel your PostLink subscription at any time.

How to cancel: 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage Billing 2. In the Stripe portal, click "Cancel subscription" 3. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period

What happens after cancellation: - You keep Pro/Team features until your billing period ends - After that, your account reverts to the Free plan - Your linked posts, analytics history, and subscribers are preserved - Posts beyond the Free plan limit (10) become inactive but are not deleted - If you had a custom domain, it will stop working (your PostLink URL still works)

Reactivating: You can upgrade again at any time. All your data will be restored and Pro/Team features reactivated.

Refunds: - We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied - Contact us to request a refund - Refunds are not available for renewals — cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges - Partial-month refunds are not provided
