Managing your subscription and billing
Update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your plan.
All billing is managed through your Stripe customer portal.
Accessing billing: 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings 2. Click "Manage Billing" 3. You'll be taken to the Stripe customer portal
In the portal you can: - Update your payment method - View and download past invoices - See your next billing date and amount - Switch between plans - Cancel your subscription
Invoices: Invoices are generated by Stripe and sent to your account email after each payment. You can also download them from the billing portal.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over the next few days. If all retries fail, your plan will be downgraded to Free. Your data is preserved — upgrade again to restore Pro/Team features.
