Auto-Replies: DM automation for your posts

Auto-Replies let you set a trigger word on any linked post. When a follower comments that word, PostLink automatically sends them your link — no manual replies needed.

How it works: 1. Go to Dashboard → Posts and find a post that has a link 2. Click "Set auto-reply" on the post 3. Choose a trigger word (e.g., "LINK", "SEND", "YES") 4. Tell your audience to comment that word on the post 5. When someone comments the trigger word, PostLink automatically replies with the link

Managing triggers: Go to Dashboard → Auto-Replies to see all your active triggers. For each trigger you can: - See total DMs sent and 24-hour activity - Toggle triggers on/off - Delete triggers - View delivery logs (sent, failed, rate limited, duplicate)

Platform support: Auto-Replies are currently available for Instagram only. PostLink delivers via DM or comment reply.

Plan requirement: Auto-Replies are available on Pro and Team plans.

Tips: - Use short, memorable trigger words like "LINK" or "SEND" - Add "Comment LINK to get the full guide" to your caption - Each post can have one trigger word - PostLink won't send duplicate replies to the same person
