Auto-Replies: DM automation for your posts

Auto-Replies let you set trigger words on any linked post. When a follower comments a trigger word, PostLink automatically sends them your link — no manual replies needed.

How it works: 1. Go to Dashboard → Auto-Replies and click "New trigger", or go to Dashboard → Posts and click "Add auto-reply trigger" on a linked post 2. Choose a trigger word (e.g., "LINK", "SEND", "YES") 3. Tell your audience to comment that word on the post 4. When someone comments the trigger word, PostLink automatically replies with the link

Why Auto-Replies work: - 6x higher click-through rate than bio links - Comments boost your post's engagement, so the algorithm shows it to more people - You get more traffic and more reach from the same post - No manual effort — replies happen in seconds

Multiple trigger words per post: You can set multiple trigger words on the same post — each word can link to a different URL. First matching word wins (one reply per comment). This lets you A/B test which words get the most clicks.

Subscriber gating: Enable "Require subscription" on a trigger to gate the link behind an email signup. Followers enter their email before accessing the content. Great for building your list from auto-replies.

Trigger analytics: Click any trigger to see its performance: DMs sent, links clicked, and click-through rate. Use this to compare trigger words and optimize.

Managing triggers: Go to Dashboard → Auto-Replies to see all your active triggers. For each trigger you can: - See total DMs sent and 24-hour activity - Toggle triggers on/off - Delete triggers - View delivery logs (sent, failed, rate limited, duplicate)

Platform support: Auto-Replies are available for Instagram (via DM) and TikTok (via comment reply).

Plan requirement: Auto-Replies are available on Pro and Team plans.
