How to connect your TikTok account

Connecting your TikTok account lets PostLink sync your videos so you can add a link to each one.

How to connect: 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings 2. Click "Connect TikTok" 3. You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize PostLink 4. Grant the requested permissions (PostLink needs access to your public videos and profile info) 5. You'll be redirected back to PostLink — your account is now connected

What PostLink accesses: - Your public profile information (username, avatar) - Your published videos (thumbnails, captions, timestamps) - PostLink does NOT access your DMs or private information - PostLink does NOT post on your behalf

After connecting: Your recent videos will sync automatically. Go to Dashboard → Posts to see them and start adding links.

Using PostLink with TikTok: - Add your PostLink URL (postlink.to/yourusername) to your TikTok bio - Use the TikTok-specific Smart Link from Dashboard → Smart Links for platform attribution - When a TikTok viewer taps your bio link, PostLink routes them to the right content - TikTok requires 1,000+ followers or a Business account to add a website link

Troubleshooting: - Make sure you're logging into the correct TikTok account - If authorization fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting - Check that your TikTok account is not restricted
