Analytics not showing recent clicks

If your analytics dashboard isn't showing recent clicks, here's what to check.

Clicks have a short processing delay: There can be a delay of a few seconds between a click and it appearing in your dashboard. Refresh the page after a moment.

The free plan shows 7 days of data: If you're on the free plan, you only see the last 7 days of click data. Older clicks are still recorded but not displayed. Upgrade to Pro for 90-day history.

No clicks yet: If you just set up PostLink, you may not have any clicks to show yet. Make sure you've: 1. Connected your Instagram account 2. Linked at least one article to a post 3. Updated your Instagram bio with your PostLink URL 4. Published a post that tells followers to tap the link in bio

Ad blockers and privacy tools: Some ad blockers or privacy browser extensions may prevent click tracking. This affects a small percentage of clicks.

Bot traffic: PostLink filters out obvious bot traffic from analytics. If you're seeing fewer clicks than expected, some may have been filtered as non-human traffic.

Verify your setup: 1. Open your PostLink URL in an incognito window 2. Click on one of your linked articles 3. Check your dashboard — the click should appear within a few seconds
