Fixing TikTok connection problems

If you're having trouble connecting your TikTok account to PostLink, try these solutions.

"Authorization failed" error: - Make sure you're logging into the correct TikTok account - Clear your browser cookies and try again - Try using a different browser - Make sure your TikTok account is not restricted or banned

Connection drops after a while: - TikTok access tokens expire periodically - Go to Dashboard → Settings and click "Reconnect TikTok" - This refreshes your access token without losing your linked content

Videos not syncing: - TikTok's API may have a short delay for new videos - Try clicking "Sync Now" in Dashboard → Posts - Make sure your videos are set to public (not private or friends-only) - If videos still don't appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting your TikTok account

Still not working: - Check if TikTok's API is experiencing an outage - Try connecting from a desktop browser instead of mobile - Contact us if the issue persists
