My posts aren't syncing

Fix issues with posts not appearing in PostLink.

If your Instagram posts aren't showing up in PostLink, here's how to fix it.

First, try a manual sync: Go to Dashboard → Posts and click "Sync Now." Wait a few seconds for the sync to complete, then refresh the page.

Common causes:

Your Instagram account was disconnected: Check Dashboard → Settings to make sure Instagram is still connected. If not, reconnect it.

The post is too new: There can be a short delay between publishing on Instagram and the post being available via their API. Wait a few minutes and try syncing again.

The post is from before you connected: PostLink syncs posts from the time you connected. Very old posts may not be available through Instagram's API.

Your account type changed: If you switched from a Business/Creator account to a Personal account, API access may be limited. Switch back to a Professional account.

The post was deleted or archived: Archived or deleted posts won't sync. If you unarchived a post, try syncing again.

Quick fixes: 1. Click "Sync Now" in Dashboard → Posts 2. Disconnect and reconnect Instagram in Settings 3. Make sure you have a Business or Creator account 4. Check that the post is public (not archived)
