My smart link isn't redirecting correctly

If followers are landing on your PostLink profile page instead of the specific content, here's what to check.

The post doesn't have a link: Go to Dashboard → Posts and make sure you've added a link to the post in question. Posts without links will show your default PostLink page.

The linked URL is broken: Click the URL in your dashboard to verify it's still working. If the page was moved or deleted, update the URL.

The follower didn't come from a specific post: Smart routing works when a follower views a specific post and then taps your bio link. If they navigate directly to your bio link (from search, for example), PostLink shows your profile page since there's no post context.

Browser or app caching: Some browsers cache redirects. Ask the follower to try in an incognito/private window or clear their browser cache.

The link is on the wrong post: Double-check in Dashboard → Posts that the correct URL is linked to the correct post.

Testing smart routing: To test, view one of your linked posts on Instagram or TikTok, then tap your bio link. You should be redirected to the linked URL within a second.
